Where we deliver

We currently ship within India only. We don't ship internationally.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within a few working days of being placed.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your pin code.
• Once your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. All product prices are MRP, inclusive of all taxes.

If a parcel can't be delivered

• Couriers usually try to deliver more than once. Please keep your phone reachable so they can call you.
• If a parcel comes back to us undelivered because of a wrong address or because nobody accepted it, we can’t resend or refund it, since thekua is a food product. Delivery charges are not refundable.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or a full refund.
