Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the MRP, inclusive of all taxes (GST). Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Every pack is handmade, so pieces may look slightly different from the photos and from one another.
• Ingredients, allergens, net quantity and other label information are on each product page. Please read the allergen information before ordering.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive our confirmation email.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, the price was displayed wrongly, or we can’t deliver to your address.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Grievance redressal

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Siliguri, Darjeeling, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
